The happening upon the Dead Sea Scrolls was one of sheer chance and pure accident.  In 1947, a herd of goats was passing by an area in Qumran in an area close to the Dead Sea.  The area sported a series of caves and when one of the herders goats entered into an opening in the rock, he threw a rock after it in hopes of scaring it out.  Instead, what the herder heard was a series smashes and of pottery breaking.  He walking into the cave and discovered what has been the biggest archaeological find in the circles of theology in the last 100 years.
The next few years saw an influx of historians, theologists, and archaeologists.   They worked hard on finding all the remnants from among the caves on the banks of the Dead Sea.  When it was all said and done 900 texts were found in a total of 11 caves.  However, the most special among these texts was one that has been nicknamed, "the Copper Scroll." It was found in 1952 by one Henri de Contenson and present day can be found in the Archaeological Museum at Amman in Jordan.  When the scroll was discovered is was discovered in a series of two pieces.  It measures roughly six foot by one foot and at first researchers feared that they wouldn't be able to open, because the material was so aged and delicate that when you even as much as touched it, the scroll would crumble.  However, in 1955 a team from the University of Manchester was successful in delicately sawing through the first part of the scroll.  The second part was opened a year later.
As if the scroll was unique enough by being written on copper rather than papyrus, the scroll boasts an antiquated form of Hebrew.  This same form of Hebrew wasn't seen on any of the other Dead Sea scrolls, as this form of Hebrew dates back to 800 years before the Dead Sea Scrolls were even written.  In the midst of the Hebrew text, Greek characters are scattered at random.  It has been deciphered to be a listing inventory of treasures that are scattered about, giving the locations of sites where one should be able to find precious jewels, sacrificial rites clothing, perfumes, gold, silver, etc.  However, if this is the case then how come every excursion that these historians have made to recover these historical artifacts have come back empty handed?  I'll tell you why.
Listen, the people at Manchester aren't the only people who have seen these scrolls.  The scrolls have seen the hands of others as well, including those in a mystery school devoted to the teachings of Abrahamic religious.  These religious clerics read the scroll at face value and have determined the importance of the teachings.  Just as the Bible is written in sacred sequence, so are the Dead Sea Scrolls, more importantly the Copper Scroll, which seems to be written in random text.  The preserving of magic is the reason why this scroll has been written in such a "strange manner".  It is so those who get it, get it and those who don't to look like fools in trying to get it.  It has nothing to do with physical treasure, but has a background meaning and blessing of God.  It is the deliverance of the Bible phrase "Ask and it shall be given unto you."
The secret message written among the Dead Sea scrolls are instructions on how to make angelic wish items.  The idea is that God's people are worthy of anything and if you are really "God's people", you will understand this and the blessing will be revealed to you.  With a wish piece, anything that you need can be manifested simply by thinking of it.  It works much like this.  Say you can't pay the rent.  You came up short $200.00.  You close your eyes with your wish piece and envision the money that you need.  Wish to God for the money.  Open your eyes and remain calm.  Somehow, in some way or manner, this money is going to work it's way into your life.  You can do this with literally anything.  If you need your soul to be spiritually cleanse, or you want your third eye open.  Anything you wish for with one of the angelic wish items will come true and the cool part about it is the wishes aren't numbered and the powers don't expire.
Now, I'm not going to get into how we obtained these wish items, but I will tell you that we have several.  If you are interested please let me know ASAP, because I'm sure they will not be waiting around!
