For years now, the American government in conjunction with other top world powers including Germany, U.K., Russia, China, and others has been exploring a supernatural gas that is found on the surface of Neptune. The governments involved would never admit to it, as the project is highly classified and evidence of such exploration is vastly unattainable; however we live by the motto never say never.
