Pardon me, can you give me the time?
There are always times when we are running behind, or things just seem to not be going our way --- the stress of the physical time and place are enough to make you freak out on the first person that comes along, whether or not they did anything to set you off~
Lets say you have to be somewhere in 15 min. and you are already late. You accept the fact that you will not make it on time. Yet if you KNOW that time is not relevant to the space you are in, then you will make the 15 min trip in 5 min. As long as you don't stare at the clock and know you will.
This can be applied to anything ,once you have the process down pat. Do not try anything of danger until you do.PLEASE. And once you start, do not doubt for a second or all will be lost.
