After investigation of this piece, I have concurred that this piece holds a coven of Nymphs.  Nymphs, or Nymphai, are female spirits of the natural world.  They are minor goddesses and carry out the daily business of the Mother Goddess.  They control the the forests, rivers, springs, meadows, mountains and seas.  They are responsible for the creation of nature's beauty including the growth of plants, flowers, and trees; the nurturing of wild birds and animals; and the formation of rocky caverns, springs, wetlands, and brooks. <br /><br />

Additionally, nymphs are goddesses of fertility.  In short, this means that they love sex.  They have been documented as the consorts of gods from the beginning of time.  They are often depicted as being very sexually provocative-- but then again, what's a girl to do, especially a goddess of fertility.<br /><br />
