The Orion Stellar Trinity <br /><br />

 

Sometimes the nature of the Native American ways is so simple to understand—inner beauty, the beauty found in nature, and the appreciation of simplicity.  Other times their ways are very complex to understand and it might take a lifetime to figure it out.  If you manage to figure it out though, the magical rewards are very much worth the effort.  That’s what this piece is designed to do for you. <br /><br />

 

If you didn’t know please allow me to explain; the constellation Orion, the archer, dominates the winter sky.  It is guarded on either side by Taurus, the Bull, and his most trusted companion, Canis, the Great Dog.  Now pay attention because this is where it gets a little bit tricky.  For Southwester American Indians, these three constellations are of utmost important.  <br /><br />

 

It is the light from Orion and his two trusty companions that unlock the magic of the Sacred Kivas.  Kivas, if you didn’t know, are perfectly square, underground rooms for religious rituals.  They are used for spiritual ceremonies of the Southwestern Indians.  These spiritual Ceremonies range from opening up Star gates, to conjuring the Ancient Ones, to perfectly aligning the human Chakra system.  The most stunning of these rituals, however, is the procurement of the mysticism of the Cosmos.  It floods the Kiva and Natives soak up the cosmological rays, which provide them with the magic that they use on a daily basis, all year round.  These rituals are continued throughout the season, as long as the constellation is visible in the night sky and can access the Kiva via the entrance on  the roof.  <br /><br />

 

Here’s the thing.  These cosmos are the same rays that gave the ancient Egyptians their magic.  Thus, there is a strong correlation between the ritual magic of the Egyptians and the Hopi Indians.  This magic allows both civilizations to have been, and remain, tied together.  They receive divination from the same cosmos, they follow the same cosmology, and they use the patterns of these constellations to predict the future.  They are separated physically, but connected in spirit via the Orion’s Stellar Trinity.  This trinity includes the magic from the Hopi star and great spirit of the sky Kachina.  It is known as Sirius in Egypt and is the soul of the Goddess Isis, who gives great magic.  Thus, the correlation is drawn and the stellar divinations are the same.  <br /><br />
