Chakratic Energy: Vishuddhi
Often times, when we are speaking to others, we enter into conversations which we hadn't ventured off to. More often than not, during these conversations, we are so desperate to release ourselves from the burden of the conversation, that we end up saying something stupid and putting our foot in our mouths, so to speak. I know I am living proof that this happens a lot. Sometimes we have to stop and be honest... to say what we really mean.
